Our Process

    Initial meeting

    It all starts with a conversation. Our project manager Les, will meet you at your home to discuss your individual requirements and get an in depth understanding of your renovation project.

    We will conduct an initial investigation of your property so we can start to formulate a plan and give our insights and a few suggestions on how we think you can achieve the best possible results.

    Design Meeting

    Once you have decided to move forward, we will introduce you to our designer. We take all of your ideas, wants, needs and requirements and begin to integrate them into the design of your new home.

    Don’t worry if you're not creative, that's ok. We have the experience required to show you what can be achieved. We can make some suggestion about what works well and give you a few tips and tricks along the way.

    Pricing

    Once we have finalised the design we will get to work on providing you with a comprehensive pricing proposal.

    We take the time to fully understand your requirements so you can rest assured that everything you need will be included in the price. The price you see is the price you pay.

  4. 4

    Contracts

    We offer a range of contract options to suit your requirements. For those who want simplicity we offer a fixed price contract option. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden extras or additional costs to worry about.

    Alternatively, we can provide you with a “Cost Plus” agreement. This option is for those clients who are a little more hands on and provides you with maximum transparency. We provide you with a full breakdown of all labour costs, materials and our fees.

    Pre-start Process

    We feel that you should have the freedom to choose what you want so we don’t restrict your options when it comes to the pre-start process. We will help you choose the right elements for your newly renovated home, giving our advice and assistance where required.

    Build

    We pride ourselves on the quality of our builds so this is where you really see us shine. We take every step necessary to ensure that things run as smoothly as possible. We will keep you updated at every step of the way and be available for you to discuss our progress throughout the build process. All of our work meets Australian Standards and always surpasses our client's expectations.

  7. 7

    Practical Completion

    Once the renovation is complete, your project manager Les will take a walk with you through your new home to inspect the property. This process is very important to us as it ensures that we are able to spot any small problems that may need to be fixed and gives us a chance to address any concerns that you may have.

  8. 8

    Handover

    Our favourite part of the process is the handover. This is the day when we are able to hand the keys of your newly renovated home over to you. There is nothing more rewarding to us than working hard on a renovation project, helping our clients bring their ideas to life and delivering them the house of their dreams.
